Important: New 2026 Edible Law Every Visitor Needs to Know
As of July 1, 2026, Montana reduced the recreational edible serving size from 10mg to 5mg of THC per serving. Package maximums of 100mg remain the same, so packages simply contain more servings now.

Where You Can and Cannot Use Cannabis in Montana

- Inside any vehicle, moving or parked
